It is good to offer a video explaining the Big Venture Challenge but it gives the impression that you don’t take access seriously (9 million plus in the UK with hearing impairments) that the video has no subtitles and is effectively useless for me.

We apologise that this video isn’t accommodating to people with hearing impairments. In this case the video was not produced by UnLtd but was sourced from Pioneers Post TV and embedded by us. However, this issue is something we will take on board and bear in mind for future video content we might produce.
