FE Pioneers 2013 has launched!

FE PIONEERS 2013

Thank you for your interest in FE Pioneers 2013. The application deadline has now passed, and we are in the process of selecting our FE partners for the 2013/14 academic year.

For information about further opportunities related to our FE work please contact Jessica Nugent on 0207 566 1123.

UnLtd are very excited to announce a country-wide call-out for further education institutions (FEIs) to join its ‘FE Pioneers’ support programme which helps institutions to find and nurture budding student social entrepreneurs. We are seeking to partner with with approximately 30 more FEIs and are now open for applications!

The aim of this work is to provide a catalyst for social entrepreneurship activity and raise the profile of social entrepreneurship in the FE sector. We are presently working with seven FEIs in England and based on the success of this model we wish to expand this offer to be UK wide to continue to build a more effective eco-system of support for young social entrepreneurs.

We would welcome applications from across the FE sector which will maximise and enrich the potential for sector-wide learning, collaboration and dissemination of best practice.

In identifying proposals for support we hope to achieve a degree of balance between:

  1. Finding different types of FE applicants operating in different contexts
  2. Fostering the widest possible coverage across the UK
  3. FEIs that can contribute and share their learning, knowledge and best practice.

If you are an FEI and would like to find out more about partnering with us, please download our prospectus for more details.
