    Social Entrepreneur Support Manager at UnLtd

    Ashley is a Social Entrepreneur Support Manager at UnLtd working across England. He works on the frontline supporting social entrepreneurs, finding social entrepreneurs and helping them with funding and support to create great social impact. Over the last few years at UnLtd he has increasingly worked with social entrepreneurs who are repurposing built environment and outdoor spaces to better serve their communities and work towards a greener economy. Prior to UnLtd Ashley worked within a range of regional social enterprises in the North of England providing business support and incubation services. He also spent some time working in the areas of young people’s accommodation and support and family outreach support services. After collaborating with UnLtd to run a small Award programme in previous role and enjoying the experience and values led approach, he was lucky enough to join the staff team as an Award Manager back in 2014.

    With over three decades of dedicated service in the youth and community field, Saboor brings a wealth of experience and a passion for empowering individuals and communities alike. Currently employed at Bradford Youth Service, he has had the privilege of witnessing countless individuals grow and flourish overcoming huge barriers in their lives. Beyond the confines of my professional life, he finds solace and joy in the simple pleasures of home. Nestled with his young family, he immerses himself in the tranquillity of their garden oasis where they grow their own produce surrounded with a delightful company of our parrots. For moments of respite and rejuvenation, you'll often find Saboor by the riverside or out at sea, indulging in the timeless pursuit of fishing. There, amidst the gentle lull of the water and the vast expanse of the horizon, he finds peace and solitude and a time for reflection.

    Social Entrepreneur Support Manager at UnLtd

    Victor has spent many years working within social and community regeneration across the UK. He has worked within large local authorities, social enterprises, long-standing charities, and small businesses, providing development support. Victor has had the pleasure of working with and supporting innovative start-ups and social enterprises, created, or led by inspirational individuals. The people behind the many projects worked with have been from a diverse background, some with challenging lived experiences. Victor has been with UnLtd for over five years, working with those who wish to make a difference and give back to society in some meaningful way. His work with social entrepreneurs has taken him all over the country, helping to underpin the knowledge gained and appreciate the determination shown by so many to try and succeed with their social venture and making a change for the better.
